Milton Keynes Council are hosting a workshop on Water and environmental issues in Milton Keynes at the MK Civic Offices on Friday 16th March from 9am - 2pm.
This workshop will explore the future of water use in cities, where the link between water scarcity and personal water use is often not clear. The event is being organised as part of a wider project called POWER, a Horizon 2020 funded project where Milton Keynes are a partner. In particular, they are interested in the community interaction locally via a Digital Social Platform (DSP) and to understand how this can be used to promote water efficiency in our region. Attendees will be a mix of representatives from the community, the water industry, academia and environmental organisations.
